Left Footed Dancers

My Beloved

Ego and ignorance are relatives to evil,

Like an ostrich who has its head in the ground,

one may trick themselves to say,

“I cannot know everything, so what I do not know can not hurt me, and if it does, I could not have seen it coming.”

An Achilles heel to a doctor of little faith,

is no more than a foot condition.

What is the condition of the soul?

Which doctor do you go to?

Good works and bad works,

which works?

Who will heal you?

Such a foot condition gives one two left feet,

They dance in circles and become dizzy together,

while I try to stand among them.

I am knocked down in the commotion,

but there are people on the ground with me,

they are still spinning like breakdancers.

A dancer with two left feet can't dance the right way.
