As blue curtains rise,
apricot, rosie clouds form
cotton candy skies.

Author's Note: Here I am, on my "blue and red" theme again...or in this case, blue and pink! In this poem, cerulean melancholy gives way to warmer, brighter, and more fiery hues.
I write a lot about having a conflicted spirit of both blue and red - of equal parts fire and water. If you follow me, you'll see this theme pop up a lot. While I am the most at home in blue, I've always strived and dreamed of being more permanently red. The fire exists within me, and it does shine through at times. Once I am blue, I always strive to be Red again. 💃🏽✨

This is really good! That last line is perfect. Please don't delete. ❤️💙
While the blue haiku challenge has done my head in , you really must keep this poem, I think by the other reactions you can see how beautiful it is
I love the last line!
Wonderful and wonder-full!
I got the warm fuzzies!
Beautiful poem.
This was really beautiful imagery. I loved the title too...I still remember a fair amount of French from high school/college :) I always swim in blue and maybe stray to purple, lol. Great work!

Yesss I've noticed that theme and I'm the same. Once I'm Blue, I strove to be Red again! Your Haiku was beautiful! Loved it!
