Laughter Yoga Is Great!

It is helpful when it is dreary, rainy, cloudy, or you name it

It is not the yoga where you need a mat

it is the yoga where laughter is where it's at

I got up, and it was cloudy, sprinkling, and that

was not the day I was expecting, and all of a sudden, the brat

shut my office lights off, and it wasn't the cat

It was the hubby, as he knows just what will make me laugh

his looking just like a little boy waiting to be scolded

I said to him, "Isn't it time for you to take a bath?"

Then he laughed, and I couldn't help it, and I did.

~

I laugh on Monday at 9:00 a.m. Central Time

Just as I began writing a sad story, I switched right up to this rhyme

How could I have a sad story when I just laughed for twenty minutes

with some older women about my age, laughing and being nuts

Okay, not crazy, but silly. Crazy will have to wait for another day

And I will be finding something besides laundry to do that is fun today.

I spoke with a few friends and we had a few laughs. I folded laundry

I have this day to do what I wish, as I have today off, I'm in a quandary

However, as it is rainy out, I won't be riding my motorcycle

My fourth motorcycle is now I ride a 1300 VStar. My son chopped this one a bit as he said it was too old for him.

Okay, so now what will I do? I've thought of getting a motorized bicycle

I have a birch bark wreath I was going to make. My old one is pretty rough

I loved it, fixed it over the years. I love crafting, and this will be tough

Okay, what else can I do to make it through this day off? Watch television

How about working on my book? I have been avoiding that. I have a vision

of what that will look like. Okay, now I have some ideas for today.

I will do more laughing. It doesn't matter if I'm laughing on this day.

This made me smile. Especially the part about your hubby flicking off the lights and looking like a guilty kid 😂

What a great stress reliever this article turned out to be. Good job. Laughter is as they say the best medicine for whatever ails you.
