Release
He listened. He was nothing like I imagined. Nothing like I would ever trust. His right wrist a glimpse into his past, his eyes a glimpse into his present. 2 weeks he said, his story resembling mine. Two space collisions within the same moment of time. He listened, he guided, he actually allowed me to release this fear, even if it was for only one small moment in time, one Small drop in this life that continues to drown me.

The Turning Page
The moment you actually feel your heart break. The moment you realize your entire life from that second on will never be the same. The moment you feel your body is no longer yours, your mind shattered, and the image of your future burned. The moment your heart cries, for the look in your child’s eye and the sound of his voice, two things that will haunt your thoughts forever. The passion and pain keep me alive. The unknown of both happening again, like the monster you cannot see.
