A N X I E T Y
Anxiety. Such a simple word yet so evil. Evil enough to make you feel so useless. You wake up every morning and overthinking is how you start your day. You go to sleep and overthinking is how you end it. Have you ever been told something and your mind goes over and over what that person said? A simple “Hi” from someone could make your mind run wild; such as “Why did they say 'Hi' and not 'Hello?'" Or “Hey”
