Earthquake
When I was younger, I always thought life was stable, that I was different because mine was unstable, because I’m unstable. I always have been and I always will be. I’ve tried so hard to accept the fact that I’ll always be atypical. But there are times where I want nothing more to be normal, to fit in with everyone else. I don’t think anyone understands that I’m the outsider. So I try to get involved, I try to stick to the status quo, I try to be typical, because that’s how I’ve always viewed stability. Every time I start to feel normal, it doesn’t last. The moment I start to think I know where I stand, the ground shifts beneath my feet.
