I've been finding myself,

Picturing you in my mind:

Your simple style and nice smile.

I've even been hearing,

Your voice in my head,

At just the mention of your name.

It's become so lovely

And comforting to hear.

What is more,

A pleasant but funny feeling

Engulfs my body,

Whenever I'm in your presence.

I'm beginning to ponder

Why this may be happening?

Because,

When you come around,

I can’t help but to,

Smile and become so weightless.

And at night,

I can’t help but to,

Just lay in bed and look up,

At the ceiling and wonder all night;

Why I never saw you in this light?

What is this that I am feeling,

That is so unfamiliar to me?

What is this that I am feeling,

That’s keeping me up all night?

Why have you been,

Flooding my mind,

Lately?
