Late Failures

Poem

By K.A. SmithPublished about a year ago 1 min read

This time,
Haven't done it
With all of the accolades.
All this time
Haven't done it.
Haven't done it
At all!
Haven't done it
With all of the ovations,
The relaxing vacations.
Haven't done it...
All the houses,
All the hotels,
Haven't done it.
All the sales,
Haven't done it.
Disappointedly,
Surprisingly,
A meeting...
Late failures.

Feel this deeply. Never satisfied with our success, but God knows what’s best. Nice poem.

This really hits deep. It’s like having everything but still feeling like something’s missing. I feel that. Sometimes success doesn’t always mean fulfillment.
