Land of Sierra Leone My home land

Echoes of Sierra’s Song

In the heart of Africa, where the sun greets the sea,
Lies a land of whispers, where spirits roam free.
Mountains kiss the heavens, draped in emerald green,
And the rivers hum softly, in a melody serene.

Oh, Sierra, cradle of my soul’s first cry,
Your ancient rhythms beat beneath the sky.
Where every dawn is painted in gold and fire,
And the nights dance with stars that never tire.

The earth here is rich, with stories untold,
Of warriors, of kings, of hearts brave and bold.
In every grain of sand, in every drop of rain,
The pulse of our ancestors lives again.

From Freetown's shores to the distant hills,
Where the air is thick with forgotten thrills,
Children laugh, mothers sing, fathers stand tall,
In the embrace of a land that cradles us all.

But not without sorrow, not without pain,
For the land bears scars, like rivers of rain.
Yet through every trial, every tear we shed,
We rise with hope, with love, well-fed.

Sierra Leone, land of diamond dreams,
Your beauty flows in endless streams.
