Kitty's first frost ❄️
As Winter chases Autumn away. ❄️
Where outside the window once flitted birds, a temptation to any Kitty's delicate palate, winter now paints a somber picture for a little kitten's lost pleasure. The birds have flown away, happy wings now seeking warmth.
The cat peeks out in awe and wonder. Where oh where is the sun now hiding, the lovely yellow, gold and red of the morning's glory is barely visible far in the distant.
Everything seems frozen. Still...yet mysteriously magnificent!
In the hush of newly disappearing dawn's light, it glistens there. A delicate touch of winter’s first breath, a frost so rare. ❄️ Upon each blade and branch it settles with grace, A crystalline wonderland, nature’s fragile beauty .
The world awakens in a shimmering sheen, A soft silver blanket where autumn once romped. Whispers of magic in the chilled morning air, every flake a fleeting masterpiece, ❄️ beyond compare.
The frost-kissed leaves like jewels in the light, catch the sunrise in a sparkling display. A moment suspended, ephemeral and bright, As daybreak unveils winter’s ethereal awakening wonderland.
Silent pawprints in the frosted ground, Echoing the stillness, the season’s greeting. Each step an eager romp in the crisp, cold air, marking the path of those who wander there.
In the fleeting hours before the sun’s warm glow slowly returns the world to a semblance of coziness, the magic of the first frost fades into bliss. Yet its beauty lingers in the memory, ❄️ a herald of winter, enchanting, austere.

Aw, kitty loos so cute pondering the change from one season to another. Still, it looks quite warm and cozy by the window. Soon to be chasing snowflakes.
