Karma

Karma, does it exist? Do people really receive just punishment in return for having done some unjust thing against another? The bigger the transgression, the bigger the boomerang.

Coming in from the side with that unique sound. A whooshing noise increasing as it comes in for the smack.

Do they recognize it when it does? Is there a window of opportunity, of retribution for it to be legitimate?

If we are to believe that there is a connection to everything, that we are all connected on the quantum level, then yes, karma exists. The ripples, or vibrations if you prefer, sent out into the ether will have a bounce back. Sometimes magnified.

Coming back at you quickly, to dole out punishment without regard to who or what you are.

So if we are to believe that a negative exists, then so to must we believe in the positive. Every good deed that echoes out into the cosmos bouncing back, to give the sender a reward of sorts.

Benefiting everyone.

So, all the anger and harm we push out there causing chaos could be avoided, or at least tempered, by actions of peace and good intentions.

I shall strive harder in this new year to set aside the anger, and only focus on the positive. Hopefully joining many in sending out similar thoughts.
