Justice. Where is it?

by Sam Harty

In the estates a baby cries.

In the streets a young man dies.

In the alleys they'll sell you drugs.

In the schools kids now use guns.

In the world there's so much need

Where is the Justice and

Why won't the government intercede?

Devastating, to witness the lack of humanity. Or perhaps it is a display of, even more devastatingly, what humanity is and has become when given power.

It is a very good question - first of all why have it come to this - the human weaponaris - why must people worship violence and hatred - and why do people elect a government that will only blow harder to that fire? I believe in love and kind acts - I know I am old school - but sometimes that is what the world needs. Well placed words of concern Sam.
