**A Journey Within**
In the quiet of the night,
When shadows softly blend,
I search for the spark of light,
To guide my heart to mend.
Once I wore silent mask,
Hiding dreams beneath my skin,
But change to softly ask,
“Will you let the journey in?”
With every step, I shed the past,Like leaves that fall, so bold,
Each moment carved, each die cast,
A story waiting to be told.
I danced through fear, embraced the pain,
Glimmers of hope lit the way,
Through storms of doubt, through joy and rain,
I found the strength to sway.
The mirror now reflects a face,
With lines of wisdom, light of grace,
I’ve learned that growth comes not in haste,
But in the patience of the race.
So here I stand, anew awake,
With open arms, I face the dawn,
Each breath a promise, each choice I make,
In the rhythm of change, I’ve found my song.
Embrace the ebb, embrace the flow,
In every heart, a seed to sow,
For change is life, and life is change,
In this dance of time, I’ll rearrange.
With courage growing in my chest,
I walk the path that feels like home,
For in the journey, I am blessed,
And in this change, I freely roam.
Happy to travel alone
Understanding it’s not the path
The journey makes me grow
Stronger for first mile to the last.
