Why are you seeking
looking to others,
examining the steps they take
trying to walk a mile in their shoes,
deep down you know
ev'ry foot is different,
the shoe may fit
but the footprint doesn't,
stop doing research
looking for steps,
no other can walk for you
you must,
you must,
ev'ry journey is personal
and ev'ry person is on one,
so make yours your own
no matter the destination,
the joy is in the journey
don't deprive yourself,
go at it with gumption
and make your journey your own.
