When I look at you, cosmic fire
Like firey arrows cross the sky
Keeping company with the moon
Match the rhythm of the tide
Like the sweet bye and bye,
Sometimes you are like the Sun
Brilliant, burning, bright
Anger of a thousand flames
A furious holy fire
Sometimes you are like the sea
Abounding, vast and endless
Harboring infinite supply of shrouded mysteries
There are times when you remind me of a mountain
Tall and wide with parts unknown
Climbing cliffs jagged ridge
Designed to make you strong
Life can be a narrow ledge
The rim of a volcano
Lava spews at every turn
But you bend with a knowing
You help me soar to heights unseen
Inspiring me to greatness
You keep me calm
I make you strong
For you, I’ll bear your armor
You and me, arm in arm
Balance one another
Your eyes light up with boyish charm
Suddenly, I am glowing
When I see you, I see me too
And I can’t help but love you
A thousand fires roaring
They Warm the lonely nights
Your aura feels like home, to me
Bearing witness to your life
Deep love, like this, I have not known
Not ever, on this side
The love of God, that’s one thing
But, for you, I burn inside
Fanning the Flame, the Divine, in others
Holy spirit come, strengthen cosmic order
Chaos, all abounding
Horizon, hope, revival
Sunrises and Sunsets
Changes and transitions
When I dream, I dream of you
Entwined bodies, firey passion
Holding hands and making plans
A surge of conversations
I feel so blessed
To have found you
For such a time as this
There’s no place I’d rather be
Watching--the world is burning
