It Wasn’t a Final Goodbye

But a Farewell for Now

“Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see a shadow.”- Helen Keller

It wasn’t a final goodbye

Your time on earth is

Over

But this isn’t an

End

But a new

Beginning.

~~~
We remember
The laughter
Your sense of
Humor
Your generous spirit.
~~~

A teacher

A friend

You left so much

But though the earthly

Chapter came to

An end

We will see you

Again.

We grieve for

Awhile but rejoice

Too

Knowing pain

And sorrow

No longer

Exist for you.

~~~
This isn’t a goodbye
But a farewell
For now
We will see
You again
When he
Calls us
Home
To be with
Him.
