
“If you get tired,
learn to rest,
not to quit”
When we are tired Physically,
we sit down and rest,
maybe have a cup of tea or coffee and a snack,
and after fifteen minutes or so,
we feel Better and Stronger
to carry on with our day.
Being Mentally tired is no different,
we just need to Learn
‘how’
to rest Mentally.
Giving up is NOT an option!
It is true
that we are all so busy
that we do get tired
but the ‘Beauty’ is
that we can Rest and Recharge
and ‘just carry on’.
“Rest” is not a sign of weakness
but a very necessary ‘step’
in our journey in Life.
“Resting”
is a very Important part
towards achieving our dreams
and having a Happy Life.
Life can be tough
but if we Rest,
instead of just quitting and giving up,
we will have the Strength
to take up so many
new and exciting opportunities.
Then our Lives will become
Happy and Fulfilling.
