How true these words are!
If only
we could keep them in our minds
when things become difficult.
Mindful Meditation
every morning
will definitely help.
We need to cultivate a sense of calmness
in our everyday lives,
which will stay with us
during the challenging times.
Prioritizing a rational mind
will help us to think in a clearer way,
which will help us to make
‘the right decisions’.
It is difficult, though,
when our emotions are involved,
but the calmer we are,
the more “control” we will have
over the situation.
Never make a decision
when you are feeling emotional,
but stop
and try to think about things
in a calm manner,
and maybe with a clearer mind,
you will ‘see your way’.
Thinking,
writing down or
even saying out loud
Positive Affirmations,
every day,
will help to keep
the calm thoughts in our minds.
