It Is What It Is

It is what it is,

As the old saying goes.

Livin’ life day by day,

Going wherever the wind blows.

There’s no need to puff,

There’s no need to pout

Because as another saying goes,

The truth will always come out.

You can never change a person,

No matter what you try to do.

As The Notorious B.I.G. once said,

“You can’t change the world unless you change you.”

So, what is life?

Is it all just a big quiz?

Or maybe life is the title of this poem,

It is what it is.
