Decide every morning
that you are
in a good mood”
Happiness
is vital for our Health —
Mental,
Physical and
Emotional.
This word “Happy” means:
“feeling, showing or expressing
joy”.
What makes us
Happy?
What gives us
Joy?
Happiness can be explained
as “an enduring state of mind
consisting
of Positive emotions”.
Also,
Happiness
gives a sense
that one’s life
is meaningful and valued.
We all want this,
don’t we.
To have ‘an enduring state of mind’,
we need to Train our Mindset
to think Positively
every day and all day.
Note the quote says
“Decide every morning”,
so it is a choice.
A choice of what we think about
and why we are thinking
‘those thoughts’.
Focus on the present,
on the today,
on the now,
and in a Positive way.
This daily choice
will affect
our long-term Happiness.
It will ‘create’
that loop or circle
of thinking Good thoughts
and then feeling
Better and Good
inside of ourselves and
because of it.
This makes
Life look Good
to us Personally.
This will also
keep any negativity
away from our minds.
Self-Care
will keep us
Physically Strong.
Mindfulness
will keep us
Mentally Strong.
Both of these
will keep us
Balanced Emotionally.
And then
we’ll be glad to wake up every morning,
and we’ll look Forward
to a Happy day
(and a Happy Life).
