Hello. It's me... again. Sorry. Just...
well... sorry. It's just... well... silly...
I know. We've never even...
... well... even met... yet... this...
This. What is this? I...
I don't know. I...
All I know...
Please write.

Brilliant job!
Today's world in a nonet-shell! Smooth entry! Good luck š¤
this masterpiece deserve to be ranked. Hope you be the first position. Iam also a new writer, may i get some support from you?
A creative take on the challenge. I love it.
Romance in the new age. Are they who they say they are? What are they doing when they are texting? At least with phone calls and speaking to one another we can hear ambient noise to figure out something about them. But, to hide behind words on a screen-- that is cruel.
The anxiety and uncertainty really stuck to me like a veil of embarrassment for this person!! I love it!! Great work Caroline!!
Ahhh, that uncertainty, the second guessing and self-doubt all strung out in a jumbled message. Loved this, Caroline!! Congrats on TS :)
hesitant in love and all things heart...so well represented here. the 'send' was genius. Congrats.
The final plea, "Please write," conveys a genuine yearning to bridge the distance and initiate a meaningful conversation, love your works, subscribed.
This is so well done. Very clever and fits perfectly with the times we live in. Great work. Congrats on a well deserved Top Story.

Love the creativity of this! It's always intimidating to press "send" on these messages š
The chat approach to this is brilliant.
oh...love this modern approach, Caroline. As always, wonderful writing - I can see this appearing in the winner's circle!
So this was like an online relationship or long distance relationship? Loved your poem!

What a clever representation of the ephemeral nature of postmodern, virtual romance!
