Invisible Man

Ever live life to the fullest on a crazy note? No one ever sees it as a good thing, right?

By Bazooka TeachesPublished 6 years ago Updated 4 years ago 1 min read

I was the invisible man

gripping lifelines with my hands

the cloudy canopy above

and the stinky summer air

that’s all that I took in

during those wicked times

red skies and the sweet cries

-

I was the invisible man

catch me if you can

I was nowhere in sight

only surrounded by plights

my baby a tramp

who never opened her eyes

I looked and found

something that she had

it wasn’t a luminous feel

that rough skin made me wise

surrounded by people in disguise

-

I was the invisible man

walking nowhere

talking nonsense

feeling power

with nothing to prove

loveless actions

and lusty rations

no one saw

my endeavoring thirst

and enslaving my glee

tampering with wicked freedom

-

I was the invisible man

no one saw

only told

believe it or not

the sweet skies

are always on my side

that’s all i have to say

-
