I lay wide awake, tossing and turning, repeatedly
Night after night, it is the same old routine, time and time again
Overactive bladder is not the cause
Morning has arrived and I am not well-rested at all
Nightly, I find it hard to go and stay asleep
I need to get some good sleep in, sometime soon
All I want to do is shut my eyes and dream
Sleep continues to elude me, regularly
Under my eyes are extremely dark circles
Counting sheep does not work, ever
Keeping track of how many nights is stressful
Slowly, I am going crazy,
