Innovation

lay down even if you're not tired

Scrambled eggs…bullocks

Or so it would seem

Im not from those parts, per se

But I think you could relate

All the same

That is

Seems come a certain age when to prefer poached though

Like a drivers license

Sans the Benedict of course

That’s more of a special occasion

you know they say its the hollandaise that’s the real trick to it

Steam

Hardly use an iron these days

Used to burn myself as a lad with the spray

Having wet the clothe and pressed it over

And went to touch it with my hand too soon

too soon, soonish

Something of a tolerance that is

Handling the wet heat

They say sushi chefs work the wet towels bout three weeks as an apprentice nothing else

To build it up that is

Then massaging the octopus’

Sans the garden

Maybe that’s a different profession

Like getting the fish fresh

To somewhere like Ohio

Not the freshwater

Pike

Crappy

Sturgeon

Although can’t say I have

Must be something to the salt

Can’t beat the tuna

Don’t know a perch roll would do the trick

Maybe too many bones

Rather time consuming

For a capitalist environment

That is

performance poetry
