Haha...so true. As writers...this is so true. If anyone says to me "what should I write about? How do I come up with a villain" I'd say "look to your past" I don't necessarily thing the advice to write what you know is always the best, but in this case, we have a veritable well of experience, character development, story arcs and so forth based on the crap we've gone through. Well wrought!
