Incomplete desires

What are those incomplete desires,

Even when it completed,

Remains unfilled by hearts!

The love letter was written during 10th,

Still resides in my notebook,

For the flames detected 'E'.

The first day at college,

Her presence, my love peeped,

The fear killed it again!

The bike ride at 20, I enjoyed!

But her absence during it stabbed me!

The grades were okay,

But days with her absence killed.

Graduation was great,

But I could take a picture with her!

Employed far away from home town,

Yet, her picture in my pocket got me through.

My parent's surprise,

Got her picture home.

The wedding cards printed,

With our names together,

Brings happiness today.

Yet, the past quotations

So-called 'incomplete desires'

Feel completed today.

Some days are meant to be incomplete.

Desires are always incomplete.

Even when we get a solution for all our incomplete desires,

It still remains incomplete,

Looking through the path of life,

And not at the end.

Life is surprising,

And so fate is!
