Take a rest

Home is calling. Under a spell you are led. The healing has begun. Come lay your weary head.

Take a rest here. Let down your guard. There are no more worries. Let down your arms.

In the hall of heroes, we welcome you with love. In the cathedral of knights, you have accomplished more than enough.

In this blissful kingdom, you are revered. However you made it, we are glad you’re here.

Between heaven and hell, between sand and snow. We wake to your arrival. Come lay down your weary bones.

Once upon a midnight. Once upon a twilight. After many moons have passed, we have you in sight.

A death so fortunate. A glory to be bestowed. An afterlife you prepared for. Come lay down your heavy load.

Your armor is unneeded. Your weapons are useless. There are no more regrets or doubts. Battle worn, you are better than this

Welcome home soldier. You are now at peace after a lifetime of war. Come and take a rest here. There are no more worries here
