
If you have people around but you can't reach out to and you feel lonely
If you sometimes feel miserable and you think about bad things
If you get uncomfortable and irritable for no reason
If you get confused and forgetful and not sure if you know what to do or say anymore
If you get too tired and no motivation to do anything
If you get ill a lot or you make yourself sick because you don't want to face or do something
If you cry a lot or you want to cry but no tears or emotions shows but you feel hurt
If you get angry over stupid things or past problems, feeling like you lost control, feeling regret
If you can't stop going over past things over and over and causes you stress and sadness
If you get scared and worry over things what's already happened or think too far into the future
If you think you cant do it no more and get these thoughts but you carry on
If you think of more things and problems
it is okay to feel this way, you are not alone and it will get easier
