To conceive such thoughts

The shattered mirror melted

I fell through the cracks.

Plummeting through argent

looking for the light

echoing against the clouds.

An archipelago,

emerald Stains

Mere maps

etched in skin

Roads to nowhere

like stars

tracing the path

back to me

Wings split the night,

stirring my thoughts;

Vaporizing my sanity.

The weight of silence

rippled in satin

encased by

beads of sweat.

Can I carry your smile?

A crooked grin,

An inner demon.

Enveloped in hope

Following me home

Whispering at my door

a silent promise

conceived in doubt

Behind hollow eyes

I stare at myself

Piece it together.

A delicate monster

Telling secrets

Through art

surreal poetry
