The Winter Of Frozen Tears.

Summer has faded,

It faded the day you left me,

Silently, winter drops frozen tears,

Clear Crystals holding everlasting stories,

Memories of times that will never happen again;

The sky is grey,

And the world is silent,

Rain falls heavy,

While Snow falls quietly;

Freezing in time,

My ever-grieving heart;

Icicles hanging on branches,

Every tear, frozen,

Every memory captured

In fossilized ice,

Reminding me of all the warmth

of our friendship,

A time now past,

Yet, cryogenically frozen;

Until the big thaw returns,

Once more,

Bringing back summer,

Where memories of yesterday,

Are created once more,

To be frozen once again,

In the winter of next years

tears.
