I wonder what comes after grief?

grief?

By Kisama Riyo Published 7 months ago 1 min read

I wonder what comes after sadness?

And the tears that flow to the ground?

I wonder what memory holds for us?

Who is afflicted by fire, whose heart burns?

And love grows in the poet's ribs?

And the heart is afflicted by its sadness and complaint?

My beloved, be patient, and may the Lord be pleased with you.

For the clouds have tears that now tell my stories.

And with my sadness, will you know who betrayed it

and returned me to the depths of the world?

And the heart, because of my suffering, has established its foundations

between my sides and on the road, burning

Burning with a blazing fire, and who crossed it?

So I learned that sadness surrounds me always and will never go away.

What comes after sadness except a groan that intensifies and stays with me until my world ends, never leaving me?

So be patient, my sadness, and be calm until the sun sets and departs?

Pain crept into your ribs, so why did you complain?

My eyes teared up, so why did you cry?
