I Want To Be Curious

Enjoying Whatever Might Come Next

I want to go too far

I want to ring that bell

I want to raise the bar

Escape the traps of hell

I want to run the race

And take the trophy home

I want to look into my face

And know, I'm not alone

I want to push the limits

I want to walk the line

I want my 15 minutes

To create my own design

I want the heads to turn

When I walk into the room

I want desire, within to burn

My failures to consume

I want to go the distance

No-one has gone before

Overcome my own resistance

While you watch, begging for more

I want to be the exception

That obliterates the rule

Arise from the perception

That I would be anybody's fool
