His hazel eyes holds her gaze,

down to the sharp curve of her nose,

the delicate sculpture of her dark lips,

and oh, those cheeks glistening in the sun.

She peers back, unseeing the reflection

of perfection

in his eyes.

What makes him open-mouthed she wonders?

Don't you see?

His eyes scream back.

Don't you see how magical

the entiretry of your being is?

They question.

Blind-eyed,

she feels the butterflies

tumble in her stomach,

when he whispters,

"You are perfection."

Wrapped around his finger,

she is moved to tears

when he tells her the kindest

words her ears have heard,

"I think I love you."
