I miss her, my heart aches with sorrow
Her absence leaves a gaping hole
I long to see her face tomorrow
And to feel her warmth and soul
I miss her laugh, her smile, her touch
Her voice that fills my heart with cheer
I miss the way she says "I love you"
So much more than words could ever convey
But even though we're far apart
Her memory stays with me
I hold her close within my heart
Until the day we're finally free
To be together once again
To laugh and love and never part
I miss her now, until then
I'll keep her close within my heart
