To the girl who wears her heart on her sleeve, I see you.

To the girl who shows up for everyone, I see you.

To the girl who stays up late at night worried about tomorrow, I see you.

To the girl who fights the feelings of giving up, I see you.

To the mother who thinks she is doing it all wrong, I see you.

To the daughter who thinks she is not good enough, I see you.

I see you because I am you.

I am the girl who everyone depends on but no one is there for.

I am the girl who loves hard but never gets an ounce of that love returned.

I am the girl who has to fight the feelings of giving up every day.

I am the mother who goes to bed at night worrying that I failed my kids every night.

I am the daughter that lives every day feeling like the failure of the family.

I am you, I see you, and I love you.
