I received your letter, so shall I start?
Day 17/30: A series where I write a poem every single day for 30 days.

I know what she feels, but she doesn't know it's real
I know she is unhealed, all her pain, I wanna steal
Me and those toys and trains, are still waiting for you
Memories of our lunchboxes, our eye-locks were true
And I wish for you to hold my hand every time I see a star
No need to know my favourites, everything tastes amazing in your jar
I see you with lens of beauty and miracle
I see you like no one, it's lovely and lyrical
Grant me, and I'll take you to my home with me
You'll be my queen, I'll prove it, you'll see
Ring is a small wish, I'll surrender myself, my soul
"A poem", my dear? You are my every GOAL
Yes, one day, we will, really forget the whole world
We would sit one day and talk, but nothing sad or whirled
I received your letter, so shall I start?
Should I express what's inside, and freeze my heart?

A/N:
This poem is a reply to my previous poem, Sir Calvin gave me the idea of doing this, and I enjoyed it!

Magic, Maryam. I think you did a great job and it was interesting to see the other side. Like looking at two sides of a coin. One side is 'heads' the other is 'tails'. Nice job.
I wonder what's inside that jar hehehe. This is a splendid reply to your previous poem. I loved it!
