I’m Fine/Save Me

This tattoo says, “I’m fine” when viewed upright. When you flip it, it says “Save me.”
“I’M FINE.”
“SAVE ME.”
“I SAID I’M FINE!”
“WHY WON’T ANYONE SAVE ME?!?!”
I beg and I plead!!!
Can’t anyone see my desperate need?!?
Or, is it the case that, perhaps, I am my own worst enemy.
All I need is a 🤝helping hand.🤝 I don’t ask for anything more.
Yet, I feel as if I receive nothing...
And I feel bitter…
But, is it that I don’t receive those 🤝helping hands🤝,
or that I simply won’t receive those 🤝helping hands🤝?
And yet…
I beg and I plead!!!
Why can’t anyone see my desperate need?!?
Or, is it perhaps the case that, I am my own worst enemy.
***Who needs enemies when you have a mind that can destroy you if you allow it?***
