I Love You So Much

The Crowd

The crowd surrounded the graffiti on the wall. They all stared hard at the vandalized wall in shock and awe. Some saw it as a horrible act of rebellion, some saw it as a beautiful act of love. These people in the crowd were so different, their lives connecting together in one moment, under one thought. ‘Who could have done this?’

On the wall, five words lay. Words of declaration and truth. Words of love and passion. Words people would stare at for years to come. Words that nobody would know what to do with.

Someone read the words aloud and the crowd smiled as though they were one mind. Then they all said the words together, holding hands with their loved ones and cheering within with love.

“I love you so much.”
