I long to be Gone

Let Me Go

Death surrounds me

Fear has gone

Replaced by anticipation

No, no, no

They are here once more

Let me go!

I long to be beyond here

Time has no meaning anymore

Faceless voices speaking

Into uncaring ears

I long to shed and trample down

This despair a daily companion

I reach for the stars waiting for me

Where pain ceases to exist

Where people look without pity

And time means nought

Pain has taken over

Senses seem to drift

I have won

They are finally letting me go

Death comes easily now

Another haunting one...It gave me anxiety which is good because it created an effect. What challenge is this one for?
