I Hear Christmas Excitment

A List Poem

By DaphsamPublished about a year ago 1 min read
Created in Nightcafe

I hear jingle bells

I hear crinkling wrapping paper

I hear ornament clinking together

I hear murmur of Christmas songs

I hear pouring water into the tree pot

I hear birds visiting my winter feeders

I hear my kids laughing

I hear sleigh rides swooshing

I hear delivery trucks unloading

I hear creaking from looking for to from cards

I hear boots crunching in the new fallen snow

I hear rustling from the dogs under the tree

I hear the toasty fire snapping and hissing

I hear the wind breeze

I hear pots clattering

I hear tire sighs

I hear ho ho ho from Santa softly in my ears.
