I Feel……….
That’s what makes me human
Admiration for my son.
Bewildered when I fail to understand.
Compassion for the lonely.
Disappointment when things don’t go to plan.
Enthralled with Mother Nature.
Frightened of the unknown.
Guilty for my mistakes.
Humiliation when falsely judged.
Irritation at being late.
Joy when surrounded by family.
Kindness when I spoil my pets.
Love for family and friends.
Mortification when I make a fool of myself.
Neglected when I’m forgotten.
Optimism for the future.
Passion for my writing.
Quarrelsome when anxious.
Remorse when I make the wrong decision.
Surprise at an unexpected compliment.
Torment from my past.
Upset when mistreated.
Vengeful when wronged.
Wonder at our beautiful world.
Xenial when hosting a dinner party.
Yearning for my dreams.
Zeal for life.

It’s hard to let go of negative feelings, why do we humans do that
