If tomorrow starts without me
and my days on Earth are through
I hope my time remaining
is spent making love to you

If tomorrow’s sun is hiding
and a storm cloud should appear
there’s no need to run for cover
just stand firm and have no fear

You are stronger than you realize
and far braver than you know
you can face life’s stormy weather
– I’ll be with you as you go

I will be the breeze that soothes you
and the stars that light your way
I will be the songbird’s chorus
serenading you each day

If tomorrow I can’t be here
and you journey on alone

at our new eternal home
