I Am Green.

And all things in between.

By VPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

I am green.

And all things in between, I stretch high to get faded.

So cover me in jaded green is the peak of my luck.

Sometimes I pick,

Most times I tuck my anxious hands in the leaves.

I believe,

So it seems,

I am green

Those things in between have no baring

They, hold no weight

They might be easy

Cuz they show up late

They no no time

Except for what’s now

They life in the present

They never turn around

They love it all simple

So simple is sow

Why live life on the edge

When the edge is set so low

Behold, I am green.

And all things in between.

The hard place is, it’s not so easy to laugh in realities face.

Not so simple to run after a failed race.

Not so fun to make up lost time.

Not so interesting with out a rhyme

Yet all things green are still here.

All things green hold no fear.

Backed my many hues I pay my dues.

I am heavy rooted to the nature of this world

I am covered in the soil my ancestors walked on.

So it seems.

I do carry all those things in between

Yes Queen, I am a green.
