Hymns Of Love In The Night
Layers of depth to this poem. Finding that first sight of love for life all over again. From hardships to appreciations in the simplicity of it.

Hymns from a bleeding heart, in the middle of the cold silent night. He weeps of sorrows that are no longer with him by his side. The pain from broken hearts will surely be there and they will never die.
In plain sight like his shadow, dancing forevermore. Through further and none less, he’ll dance along. Along and alone. Alone and along to a very quiet song.
No more the birds sing their songs, neither do the winds whisper as the greens stand high and tall. The birds shall stop, and the winds quiet in all. Oh, so shall he be, quiet and appalled.
So, farewell he says, farewell to this last goodbye, one I shall not need. For I too long. I long for that night, that night I shall truly fall.
Back in her arms, back in the cold weary, sleepless forgotten nights. A place I know, I know to very well where I'll lie. In her arms, awake in bed I’ll try. I’ll try and not to lose my mind. I’ll set out with that farewell and that last goodbye. Out to find… my forgotten mind. Looking to find the last bit of kindness in her dark and weary eyes.
Through time what have I done? What she has I truly do and will surely love. Like the whispers of the waving greens and melody singing doves. She brought and gave peace, willingly laying my heart at ease. Much more than I’ll ever know, more than ill ever cherish and feed.
Through life and its means, I have forgotten. Forgotten to truly breathe. I lay in bed awake, longing for faith and my fate. That I shall see that love all over within, like the singing doves and waving whispering trees. I shall close my eyes to sleep… falling in love with her all over again.
