Who bewitched you

into thinking of me

as feeble

easy

prey?

You dug a grave

in preparation

with cruel intentions

as your shovel

AMBUSH!

You laughed,

cackling,

as you licked the blood

from the lips

of your wide open

sharp-toothed

jaw.

Ambivalent...

You discarded what was

Left of me

at the dinner table

...alone.
