How to Catch the Easter Bunny

If you want to catch that bunny quick,

You’ll need a plan—be sly, be slick!

He’s faster than the speed of light,

A fluffy blur in moonlit night.

First, set a trap with candy bright,

Jelly beans in colors light.

Chocolate eggs and carrot snacks,

A trail to lead him—watch your tracks!

Hide behind the old oak tree,

Stay as still as you can be.

Hold your breath, don’t make a peep,

He’ll tiptoe past—he’s fast, he leaps!

A rustling sound—a twitching ear!

The Easter Bunny’s drawing near.

But just as you reach out to snatch,

He’s vanished—gone! You’ve lost the match.

No footprints left, no sign, no clue,

Just treats he left behind for you.

He can’t be caught, no net, no snare,

He spreads his joy from here to there.

So let him hop and let him go,

Enjoy the eggs and let him know—

The chase was fun, but he is free,

To spread his magic joyfully!
