How to Avoid Sickness?
How to live healthy, in body and mind

Sickness is the worst jail,
and it is wise to avoid,
at all costs.
It is possible,
if we follow some rules.
eat wholesome, homemade food,
soak tender sunlight,
breathe fresh air
connect with nature,
be compassionate to all creatures,
watch the bees, listen to the birds,
read, write, paint,
practice mindfulness,
and definitely kindness.
Stay away from chemicals,
not much awareness around,
but they are lethal.
Know the threats
in your environment,
it's very important.
Choose good role models,
be inspired, and
value virtues like gratitude,
frugality, harmony.
Banish evils like
hypocrisy, greed
temptations, arrogance.
Live with a solid purpose,
and life’s journey will be,
less of a struggle,
more of a cruise.

What good advice you give in this one. I go out and play when my mind gets clogged.
My mum used to say wrap up go play for half you the fresh air is good for you ….i always think it let you catch things too.germs colds flu etc my sister says I talk rubbish lol🦋🦋🦋😊
