How is it that we all feel the same
When disaster strikes
When a loved one passes away
When an arrow is hit and ten are struck
We all shed a tear
We all come together to light that candle
We all share
We all stand together
Deeply, inherently we are all connected, we feel the same
How come we don’t realize that when anger comes upon us or strife
When impatience takes over
And all we want to do is strike another
How come we forget this innate truth about each one of us then?
