Honey

I’ve been in pain like you can’t imagine,

By sadie leePublished 8 years ago 1 min read

Honey, I’m insaneI’ve been in pain like you can’t imagineThese waves last for days and daysAnd never ease their crashes

Honey, I’m derangedI fell down stronger than the rain that never stopsI start to love myselfBut then you tell me I should not

But I’m like a hurricaneI’ll come back violently and without forgivenessBecause you hurt me all those timesAnd loved it when you lied and I believed it

But I believed it 'cause I loved youMore than anyone ever willA human made to love everyoneLike a lightning that never chills

I put my heart in you, and I burnt into your brainPut me out like a windstorm, you don’t wanna see me againBut honey, I’m a natural disasterA hurricane, the rain, made to break you and put you in painThat’s how you showed me love, so now I’m the same

heartbreak
