You can be who you truly are and no one will judge you

that’s what home is to me

I am home

Wherever I am

I’m home

I’ve never considered the thought of anywhere else being home

For as long as I could remember I’ve been the one to wipe my own tears

I’ve been the one to tell myself how proud I am of myself

I’ve been the one working hard to make it by

I’ve been the one who’s indeed doubted herself at times but never have I ever told myself there is something I cannot do

I give myself self love

I am home

I have been home

I never want to lose this feeling of home
